This is by far the nicest porridge I have ever eaten, it is creamy, juicy, warm and comforting perfect for a cold winter morning. Vegan porridge can often be a bit stodgy and unappealing but I promise you this porridge is nothing like that! Even porridge haters will love this porridge. You have to give it a try!

ingredients...
1/2 a cup of oats
1 grated apple
3/4 of a cup of milk (oat, soya, almond etc)
A handful of raisins
2 tsp ground seeds (I used flaxseed, pumpkin seed and sunflower seeds)
Toppings of your choice ( I used granola, raisins and hazelnut butter)
method
Put the grated apple, oats and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture begins to thicken and resemble porridge. This should take around 5-10 minutes.
Add the raisins and ground seeds and continue to cook for a few minutes, remembering to stir.
After a few minutes, pour the porridge out into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice
